The Syrian capital, Damascus, is preparing to usher in a new era of urban development with the launch of the “Al-Jawhara Tower” project in the Al-Bahsa district. Considered one of the largest real estate investments in the country, the project carries an estimated cost of around $100 million and will consist of 32 floors, making it one of the tallest towers in the heart of the city.
The project was officially inaugurated in the presence of Saudi Minister of Investment, His Excellency Mr. Khalid Al-Falih, and Syrian Minister of Economy, His Excellency Dr. Nidal Al-Shaar—an event that signals a major boost to regional cooperation and investment during Syria’s phase of reconstruction and development.
“Al-Jawhara Tower” is expected to become a new architectural landmark on Damascus’s skyline and a symbol of optimism for a brighter economic future.
