Haiti hailed His Majesty King Mohammd VI’s leadership and commendable contribution to the efforts of the international community for the promotion of peace, stability and development.

In a joint communiqué signed following her talks on Wednesday in Rabat with Morocco’s Foreign Minister Mr. Nasser Bourita, Haiti’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship Raina Forbin “hailed the leadership and commendable contributions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI to the efforts of the international community for the promotion of peace, stability, and development.”
Haiti also “commended the His Majesty the King’s Initiative aimed at enabling Atlanc ocean access for the Sahel countries, and stressed the strategic significance of this Initiative” and “acknowledged the strategic role of the Atlantic African States Process (AASP) in consolidating peace, stability and prosperity in the Atlantic region.
The Haitian top diplomat welcomed the momentum surrounding the PEAA to “make the African Atlantic space a geostrategic framework that holds significant opportunities for synergy and cooperation among the countries that compose it in strategic areas such as the environment, food security, health, energy, logistical interconnection, resource sharing, and the exchange of experiences, and which may in this regard constitute a zone of collective emergence and stability,” the communiqué concluded.
