Chinese Ambassador Visits Marrakech Municipality to Explore Cooperation Opportunities

Mr. Mohamed Idrissi, First Deputy President of the Marrakech Municipality, welcomed at the city hall Ms. Yu Jinsong, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Morocco. The visit took place in an atmosphere reflecting both parties’ commitment to strengthening dialogue and bilateral cooperation.
The occasion marked an important milestone to reaffirm the strong ties of friendship and solidarity between Morocco and China, as well as to highlight the exceptional links connecting Marrakech with several Chinese cities across various fields.
During the meeting, discussions focused on opportunities for joint work in culture, heritage, and urban development, contributing to local development and reinforcing the common interests of both sides, within an open vision promoting integration and cooperation between the two cities and countries.
