Maison de l’Artisan, under the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, is preparing to take part in the upcoming edition of the SHOPPE OBJECT international trade show, scheduled to take place in New York, USA, from August 3 to 5, 2025, at the Starrett Lehigh Building in Manhattan’s Chelsea district.

This participation aligns with Morocco’s efforts to strengthen the global presence of its handicraft sector and to promote authentic Moroccan artisan products at one of the world’s leading trade events, specialized in decoration, fashion, and lifestyle.

A High-Quality and Diverse Moroccan Presence

The exhibition spans an estimated 100,000 to 120,000 square meters and welcomes over 10,000 professional visitors at each edition, in addition to 500 to 600 exhibitors from around the globe. Held twice a year, it occupies a key spot on the international trade fair calendar.

For this edition, Maison de l’Artisan will host a national pavilion of 80 m², showcasing Moroccan craftsmanship through eight exhibitors representing various sectors including décoration.

This participation represents a golden opportunity for Moroccan artisans to showcase the quality and uniqueness of national craftsmanship and to build strategic partnerships with international buyers and professionals—especially in the American market, which is among the most promising globally.

This initiative also reflects Maison de l’Artisan’s renewed vision to elevate Moroccan cultural and creative industries internationally and to secure a strong position in major specialized global exhibitions.
