Educational Film Festival for Summer Vacation Centers’ Children: “86 Jours” Wins Grand Prize of Third Edition
The jury, chaired by movie director Az El Arab Alaoui, unanimously selected this movie for its scenes and events expressed in a refined cinematographical language, using aesthetics in a professional manner, said in a statement by the “Image pour le patrimoine culturel” association, the organizer of this event themed “The educational film stimulates dialogue.”
“86 Jours” tells the story of a child named Anas and his psychological and behavioral changes during the quarantine imposed by the coronavirus pandemic. In a nutshell, the child becomes the spectator, a subject of attraction and then a show creator.
Oumaima Fettah was granted the award for being the best junior actress for her role in the movie “Ce n’est pas ma faute” (It is not my fault), while the best junior actor award went to Anas Maanani for his lead role in “86 Jours”.
The jury is composed of actress Hanan Benmoussa, visual artist and reviewer Chafik Zakari, reviewer and education researcher Samir El Zami, and associative actor Abdelali Mestour.
