UNESCO Honors Morocco: The “Moroccan Caftan” Inscribed as World Intangible Heritage, Recognizing the King’s Vision and the Preservation of National Identity
Morocco and Burkina Faso reaffirmed on Wednesday their commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation and making the multidimensional partnership between both countries an exceptional model of inter-African South-South cooperation.
Burkina Faso reiterated on Wednesday its firm and constant support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Morocco over all of its territory, including the Sahara region, and welcomed the adoption by the United Nations Security Council of the historic resolution 2797 which enshrines the autonomy plan.

The Netherlands commended, on Friday, the reforms undertaken by Morocco under the leadership of HM King Mohammed VI, as well as the Royal Regional Initiatives.
As part of the international momentum created under the impetus of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, in support of Morocco’s sovereignty over its Sahara and the Autonomy Plan, the Netherlands affirmed that “genuine autonomy under Moroccan sovereignty is the most feasible solution to definitely put an end to the regional dispute.”
