Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates el Sr.Nasser Bourita held talks on Wednesday in Rabat with Chad’s Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Chadians Abroad, Abdoulaye Sabre Fadoul.

The meeting provided an opportunity for the two ministers to review bilateral cooperation initiatives undertaken over recent years, expressing their satisfaction with the ties of friendship and solidarity between Rabat and N’Djamena, while highlighting the quality of relations between His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, and President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno.
In addition to regional and international issues of common interest, they also discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation, reaffirming their shared determination to make the multidimensional Moroccan-Chadian partnership a distinguished model of inter-African South-South cooperation, as well as their commitment to strengthening and diversifying bilateral cooperation, particularly in the economic and trade fields.
In this regard, they agreed to hold, in the coming months in N’Djamena, the 2nd session of the Joint Cooperation Commission between the two countries.
