President of the Qatari and Arab Police Sports Federations Meets Hammouchi to Discuss Enhancing Joint Mechanisms Between Arab Security Agencies in the Sports Sector

Abdel Latif Hammouchi, Director General of the Moroccan National Security and Director of the General Directorate for Territorial Surveillance, showcased Morocco’s leadership in Arab police sports during his meeting with Major General Khaled bin Hamad Al Attiya, President of the Qatari and Arab Police Sports Federations, as part of efforts to strengthen security and sports cooperation at the regional level.
During the meeting, Hammouchi outlined Morocco’s strategies for developing joint working mechanisms between Arab security agencies in the sports field, emphasizing the importance of exchanging expertise and organizing police sporting events according to the highest standards, reflecting Morocco’s leading role in this area.
The discussion also focused on preparations for the 49th General Assembly and the Executive Bureau meetings of the Arab Police Union in its 119th and 120th sessions, scheduled to take place in Qatar, where Hammouchi highlighted Morocco’s ability to ensure effective coordination among member states and advance Arab cooperation initiatives.
This meeting is part of Morocco’s ongoing efforts, led by Hammouchi, to consolidate its position as a central actor in promoting police sports, showcasing the Moroccan security agencies’ ability to combine professionalism and innovation in strengthening regional Arab cooperation.
