On June 26, the city of Rabat hosted an orientation meeting for several officers of the Royal Armed Forces who have recently been appointed as military attachés at various Moroccan embassies abroad.

Organized by the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation, the meeting served as an opportunity to integrate these officers into Morocco’s comprehensive diplomatic vision, which combines political, developmental, and security dimensions.

The goal of this orientation is to equip the military attachés with effective tools to represent Morocco on the international stage, reflecting the image of the Moroccan Armed Forces as a committed actor in peacebuilding and regional and international cooperation. It also aims to support Morocco’s relations with strategic partners through the defense diplomacy channel.

This initiative is part of the Kingdom’s broader efforts to enhance the capacities of its military representatives abroad, in line with the growing role of security and military diplomacy in building bridges of dialogue and cooperation around the world.
