Chinese Ambassador Visits Mohammed VI Center for People with Disabilities, Reaffirms His Country’s Support for Humanitarian Cooperation in Morocco

On Thursday, June 26, the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Morocco, Mr. Li Changlin, paid an official visit to the Mohammed VI National Center for People with Disabilities in Salé. The visit reflects the depth of the humanitarian and solidarity-based ties between the two countries.
During his visit, the Ambassador was introduced to the various services provided by the center to people with disabilities. He expressed great admiration for the significant efforts made to promote their autonomy and effective integration into society.
Ambassador Li Changlin praised the “tangible and inspiring” results achieved by the center, noting that it stands as a model institution in the fields of care, rehabilitation, and social support. He also expressed the Chinese Embassy’s willingness to strengthen cooperation with the center by developing joint initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life and living conditions of people in vulnerable situations.
Both parties expressed a shared desire to broaden the scope of their cooperation, whether through the exchange of expertise or the launch of future development and training projects that serve this segment of society.
This visit is part of China’s ongoing commitment to supporting humanitarian and social programs in Morocco, in a spirit of friendship and solidarity between the Chinese and Moroccan peoples.
