The Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Morocco, Li Changlin, sent his congratulations on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr to the Moroccan people.
In a video message, the Chinese Ambassador in Rabat said: “The holy month of Ramadan will end in a few days, and I take this opportunity to express my best wishes to all my Moroccan friends.”
He added: “Ramadan is a sacred and special month, we have learned a lot from the Moroccans, and it is a month of spiritual practice. During Ramadan, Moroccans prayed and recited the Quran to get closer to God.”
The speaker further said: “As in previous years, the embassy, in collaboration with the Ababo Foundation, donated Ramadan baskets to families in need. The embassy also invited businesses and Chinese residents in Morocco to make donations and provide assistance to the same group.”
Li Changlin also mentioned that he had been invited by several Moroccans to their homes to share Iftar with many friends.
He concluded his message by saying: “We realized that the month of Ramadan in Morocco symbolizes solidarity, generosity, mutual aid, and tolerance.”
