Cairo: Morocco Participates in Council of Arab League Emergency Meeting

The emergency meeting of the Council of the League of Arab States at the level of Foreign ministers started, Sunday in Cairo, with the participation of Morocco.

Morocco is represented at this meeting by a delegation led by Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, and including, in particular, the ambassador of Morocco to Egypt and permanent representative of the Kingdom to the League of Arab States, Ahmed Tazi, as well as deputy permanent representative of Morocco to the League, Hicham Ould Sallay.

The meeting, which is held in three sessions, will discuss developments in Sudan, the position on Syria and its return to occupy its seat in the Arab League, as well as the latest developments in the Palestinian cause
