Arab League in Amman: Bourita and Bahraini Foreign Minister discuss strengthening cooperation

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita, held talks today in Amman with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, on the sidelines of the 165th ordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States at ministerial level.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the fraternal relations and cooperation binding the Kingdom of Morocco and the Kingdom of Bahrain, and to explore ways of further strengthening them across various fields, in the service of the shared interests of both countries and their brotherly peoples.
The two ministers also exchanged views on several Arab and regional issues of common interest, in light of the challenges facing the region. They underlined the importance of continuing coordination and consultation within shared Arab frameworks, in order to support joint Arab action and contribute to enhancing security and stability across the region.
This meeting forms part of a series of bilateral talks held by the Moroccan foreign minister on the sidelines of the League of Arab States Council meetings, aimed at consolidating bilateral relations and intensifying coordination with Arab countries on the various issues on the agenda of joint Arab action.
