Trump Reveals Putin’s Desire to Meet Soon

The elected U.S. President, Donald Trump, announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed a desire to meet with him, noting that both sides are currently working on arranging this important meeting.

In a statement to journalists from his residence in Florida, Trump confirmed, saying: “Putin wants to meet, and we are in the process of organizing it.”

Trump had previously mentioned being aware of Putin’s intention to open negotiation channels, but clarified that such talks would only be possible after he officially assumes office at the White House.
