A high-level delegation from the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces took part in the “Laad 2025” International Defense and Security Exhibition, held in Brazil. The Moroccan delegation was led by the Director of the Fourth Bureau of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, who conducted a series of meetings and visits to the booths of several companies specializing in defense industries.

The Moroccan side expressed particular interest in the Brazilian missile system “MAX 1.2 AC,” designed to counter armored targets—reflecting Morocco’s intention to keep pace with the latest innovations in the defense field.

It is worth noting that Rabat and Brasília had previously signed a military agreement that includes cooperation in defense manufacturing, the establishment of joint projects, and the exchange of expertise, in addition to the transfer of advanced technology from Brazilian companies to the Moroccan side—enhancing the Kingdom’s autonomy in this vital sector.
