The Death of Soufiane El Bahri: A Sudden Departure

The online activist Soufiane El Bahri, known for managing the “Fans of King Mohammed VI” page on Facebook, passed away this Monday morning following a sudden health crisis.

El Bahri experienced a health emergency that required his immediate transfer to the hospital in an attempt to save him. However, despite medical interventions, he could not be revived and passed away shortly thereafter.

El Bahri was one of the most prominent activists on social media, gaining widespread fame by sharing exclusive photos and videos of King Mohammed VI during unofficial occasions, which garnered him a large following both within Morocco and abroad.

His Facebook page became a source of numerous images and information shared by Moroccans about the King’s unofficial activities, leading to hundreds of thousands of fans following it. The news of his sudden death has caused great sadness on social media platforms, with many activists and admirers mourning his loss and recalling his impact on the digital space.
