Journalist and writer Jamal Amiar presented Saturday evening in Rabat his latest book “Morocco, Israel and Moroccan Jews” in which he traces the singularity of the Jewish-Muslim coexistence in Morocco and the role of Jewish Moroccans in Israel.
This 340-page book also revisits the history of the relationship between Morocco and Israel and analyzes the interactions of these two states with Moroccan Jews on various levels.
In this book, published by “BiblioMonde”, the author focuses on the relationship between Morocco, Israel and Moroccan Jews on cultural, political, diplomatic, economic and religious levels.
This book intended for the general public, as presented by Jamal Amiar, is the synthesis of a work carried out and completed on Moroccan Jews and Moroccan politics, and of a research work, sometimes thwarted, on the relations between Morocco and Israel.
